Why Was Joyful Life Coach Created?
I
am Wayne Williams, Owner and Director of Joyful Life Coach. I have
been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia for several years,
having served in an outpatient mental health clinic, an inpatient
adolescent psychiatric hospital, as a psychiatric consultant in
hospitals and jails, and as a crisis evaluator.
I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of commitment
to change and a lack of insight on the part of most of my clients.
However, I found that some clients would leave my office highly
motivated, energized and more productive. Instead of counseling
these clients, I began to coach them. I love coaching, because
the clients are normally motivated to set the agenda and will
usually decide to make productive choices for their lives. I support
them in their productivity and become a catalyst for change. I
love coaching! Let’s get together!
